How To Apply
| Overview | Scholarships range from $500.00 to $2,000.00 and are offered to qualifying students who graduate from high school in Spring 2024. |
| Eligibility Requirements | An applicant must (1) be a 12th grade graduating student, (2) have maintained an overall 2.5 GPA in all academic subjects, (3) show evidence of good character and promise, (4) be a resident of or student attending school in Los Angeles County and (5) have been involved in the life of the school and community. |

The following items are required from each applicant and must be received electronically or postmarked by Tuesday, April 30, 2024. No certified mail or return receipts will be accepted.

| Interview | Scholarship finalists will be notified to attend a mandatory oral interview during the week of May 20-24, 2024. Please reserve these dates on your calendar. If you become a finalist, you will be notified of the interview’s date, time, and location. |
| How to submit |
The application packet includes the application, school certification form, and essay, which can be submitted electronically or mailed. The official sealed transcripts can be mailed or electronically submitted to info@gcrcla.org. The link for the two letters of recommendation is a reference link and can be sent to info@gcrcla.org. |
